Welcome to the Getting to Know You Weekend Blog Hop. This week we Getting to Know Kristina from Kristina in Retroworter!

Howdy everyone! I’m Kristina, and you can typically find me spending some quality time over at my blog, Kristina in Retroworter. I’m a Texas girl, with big dreams, and an even bigger, or I should say taller, fiancé, Curtis. He’s about a foot taller than me, and really good for grabbing those plates off the top shelf in the kitchen! We’re high school sweethearts, and after almost seven years of dating, we will be getting married this coming May! We also have two adorable beagles, Muggles and Skywalker (we’re pretty nerdy, what can we say), who are basically the much furrier version of children to us, both of which you’ll see an abundance of on my blog.

I created my blog as an inspiring outlet for myself, a girl obsessed with history, crafty projects, and all things international, who happens to be stuck in a business school environment, and also, as a way to document my personal style, my thrifty finds, my ever-growing relationship with Christ, and the daily life I lead. After reading so many blogs over the years, I finally decided to make my own and see where it would take me. I’ve really enjoyed it so far, and I am excited for what the future has in-store for my little ol’ blog.¬¬¬
Outside of the blogging world, you can usually find me studying, reading a good book, or spending some quality time with Curtis, our beagles, and our families. Oh, or catching up on my ever growing list of television shows, the DVR is way too addicting y’all. But, I adore blogging, and I have already met so many fabulous people, so don’t be too shy and stop on by anytime, I’d love to hear from you.
