I’ve talked about it before…quick and easy ways to make money off old CD’s, books, games, and DVD’s. I even talked about selling stuff online through cool sites like Music Magpie, Half.com, etc. Well did you also know that there is an option to sell your clothes online too?
I don’t know why this never occurred to me, because I’m sure people do it all the time, but there are tons of sites that’ll allow you to sell old clothes that you no longer want. Sure they need to be in good condition, but I think that goes without saying, right?
What a quick and easy way to make some extra money and clean out your closets! If you’re interested here are a few sites that you might want to check out:
- Music Magpie: Don’t let the name fool you, because you can sell it all here. Clothes, music, DVD’s, etc.
- Dressm.com: Buy or sell vintage, new and used clothes here.
- Fashion Haunt: Sell used clothes and jewelry.
If you’re anything like me, you’re constantly trying to make room in your closet, which means that you’re weeding out the stuff you don’t really wear anymore. Plus, my daughter is only 6 and is growing like a weed. She has clothes that are always in fantastic condition (some not even worn, because she’s so darn picky) and it kills me to see all that money go down the drain. Despite this, I don’t have time for a garage sale, so I love the idea of selling the clothes online. It’s such a great option…I can’t believe I never looked into it before!
How about you? Have you sold clothes online? How about other used goods like books, games, etc.? What are your favorite sites? I love to get recommendations and hear all of your experiences!
